Join Us – UX Designer (MID-LEVEL)

Kaz Software is hiring a mid-level UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience.

We're on the hunt for a UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic design team. As a UX Designer, you will play a role in crafting “intuitive” and “engaging” user experiences for our software products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from understanding user needs to delivering polished UI designs and prototypes. 

Responsibilities

We're on the hunt for a UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic design team. As a UX Designer, you will play a role in crafting “intuitive” and “engaging” user experiences for our software products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from understanding user needs to delivering polished UI designs and prototypes. 

  1. Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand what users and the business actually need

  2. Turn vague or confusing ideas into clear, actionable design goals

  3. Create wireframes that bring abstract concepts to life in a visual way

  4. Make prototypes so polished that people think they're using the actual finished product

  5. Design user interfaces that look great and are genuinely easy to use

  6. Ensure all designs follow “Brand Guidelines” and maintain consistent style standards

  7. Create and maintain detailed design documentation

  8. Clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders and explain the thinking behind your choices

  9. Document design specifications and developer handoffs that other team members can easily follow and implement

Skill

  1. Good Communication skill

  2. Understanding and practical application of Information Architecture, Micro Animation principles, Design Principles, A11y and UX Laws

  3. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Framer, Collaborative brainstorming tools such as Miro, Draw.io, and FigJam.

Nice to Have

  1. Preliminary understanding about Brand Experience.

  2. Knowledge of Design Systems, Familiarity with AI tools relevant to your work

  3. Knowledge of the Cavalry app, for those who like to animate.

  4. A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript – so you can at least pretend to understand what the developers are talking about. And maybe even know what a framework is.
