Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Liaise with business analysts, product owners and others in order to understand the business requirements

  • Carry out detail technical designing of software solutions

  • Estimate effort and resource requirements for software projects Implementation of the technical design including coding, calling existing services, creating new components etc.

  • Ensure engineering principles and related processes are adhered to

  • Mentoring junior members by Identifying possible knowledge and skill gaps and guiding them to bridge those

  • Readiness to take over delivery ownership

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure the best practices are followed

Required Qualifications 

  • Core competency .Net/React JS/Azure

  • Must have hands-on experience with recent .Net versions - ( ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework Core, .Net Framework 4.*, ASP.Net Core, ASP.Net Web APIs, MS SQL Server)

  • Sound knowledge and experience in Azure Cloud services (App services, API management, Service Bus etc)

  • Understanding on Application Security, Identity & Access Management, oAuth & SSO

  • Basic understanding of mobile development would be an added advantage.

General 

  • Thorough knowledge in software engineering Skills in object-oriented programing, design patterns, service-oriented architecture, integration patterns, industry-accepted cloud platforms & services etc.

  • Five years’ experience in software engineering with exposure to cloud computing and integrations

  • Good educational background preferably a degree in computer science/software engineering/IT

  • Good team player

  • Ability to communicate effectively with different project stakeholders.

  • Must have degree in Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent subjects.
