Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, this is what you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and building complex web applications with Laravel and JavaScript.

  • Leading the development of backend APIs and interactive frontend components.

  • Collaborating closely with designers and product managers to turn concepts into working features.

  • Optimizing performance, ensuring scalability, and embedding best security practices.

  • Mentoring junior developers and performing regular code reviews.

  • Shaping system architecture and participating in tech stack decisions.

Skills & Experience:

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in PHP (Laravel preferred) and JavaScript (Vue.js / React / Angular).

  • Strong knowledge of MySQL, RESTful APIs, and production-grade app deployment.

  • Familiarity with modern frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, NPM/Yarn.

  • Solid understanding of Git and CI/CD processes.

  • Problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Redis, or microservices architecture.

  • Familiarity with Flutter or mobile app development.

  • Exposure to GraphQL or WebSocket-based apps.

  • Worked within agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
