Responsibilities 

You are responsible for building large scale web applications. You may work with Node JS, Mongo DB and all flavors of Javascript libraries for building web applications.  

Liaise with customers, business analysts, product owners and other project stakeholders in order to understand the business requirement. 

Your daily responsibility will be to design, architect and develop our applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality code is essential. 

 

Must have: 

  • 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer. 

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent preferred.

  • In depth knowledge of Node JS is a must with ES6 or ES7, jsonSchema, WebSocket 

  • Experience in non-relational databases (such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, etc...) 

  • Good understanding of the functional programming aspects of JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with reactive programming concepts.

  • Linux/Mac development environment (because of tooling).

Good to have: 

  • Deep backend engineering in javascript 

  • Algorithm programming to solve complex data-related problems 

  • Practical experience with rxjs

  • Kafka, ActiveMQ and RabbitMQ skills.

  • Hands on experience with cloud platform like AWS, Azure or GCP 

  • Know how to use TypeScript in a “functional” way.

  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
